Henrik Christensen, Chairman of the Board of Hunter Group ASA, has received open
proxies to vote for 39,781,500 shares at the AGM. In addition, Henrik
Christensen holds 400,000 shares through August AS and is in total representing
40,181,500 shares equaling 10,44% of the outstanding shares in the company.
