Reference is made to the buy back offer announced by Hunter Group ASA (the
"Company") on 12 May 2021 at 07:31 CEST.
The Company has today purchased 3.000.000 of its own shares at NOK 3.0 per
share, and consequently owns a total of 11.208.404 of its own shares.
