On 21st of February 2024, Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC on behalf of its investment compartment, namely Pelagic Yield Fund, have in total acquired 409.695 shares in Hunter Group ASA (“Hunter”), representing 0,004% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights. Following the transaction, Pelagic Yield Fund holds a total of 5.728.916 shares in Hunter, representing approximately 5,027% of Hunter’s issued share capital and voting rights.
Consequently, Pelagic Yield Fund has exceeded the 5% threshold of disclosure of large shareholdings.
