Grant of incentive subscription rights in IDEX

The board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved on 9 January 2013 to grant a total
of 4,700,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to employees under the
company's 2012 incentive subscription rights plan as resolved at the annual
general meeting on 15 May 2012.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.00 per share for 2,350,000 shares and NOK
1.30 per share for 2,350,000 shares. 25 per cent of each lot of SRs vest on each
anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 15 May 2017.
