Resolution of IDEX's annual financial statements 2012
The board of directors of IDEX ASA resolved on 23 April 2012 the annual report
and the annual financial statements for 2012. The financial statements are in
accordance with the preliminary results for 2012 as resolved on 26 February
2013. The board does not propose a dividend.
The board also resolved to call the annual general meeting to be held on 16 May
2013 for consideration and resolution of the usual matters and issue of shares
related to the private placement resolved on 22 April 2013.
The annual report 2012 and the notice of the 2013 annual general meeting will be
issued on 25 April 2013.
