Disclosure of holding in IDEX

IDEX ASA ("IDEX") issues this notice on behalf of its shareholder Colargol
Invest AS ("Colargol").

Reference is made to the announcement by IDEX on 23 September 2013 that the
share capital in IDEX will increase to 341,914,397 shares by way of a private
placement.

Colargol holds or controls 17,000,318 shares, representing 4.97 per cent of the
increased share capital.
