Mandatory notice of trade in IDEX

IDEX ASA ("IDEX") issues this notice on behalf of Andrew James (Andy) MecLeod
who is a board member of the company.

On 28 August 2015 Mr MacLeod acquired 82,000 shares in the market, at an average
price of NOK 7.63 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. MacLeod and his
close relations hold or control 379,092 shares and 0 (nil) rights to shares in
IDEX.
