As a result of a private placement of shares in IDEX
ASA to funds managed by affiliates of Invesco Ltd,
concluded on 29 April 2015, the holdings of shares
and rights to shares by Invesco Ltd, for and on
behalf of funds managed by its affiliates, now
represent more than 19% and 12% respectively of the
voting rights and share capital in IDEX ASA. The
transaction detail is in the appendix. Under Chapter
4 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, we hereby
notify the market of the following.
