Disclosure of holding in IDEX

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management LLP
("Woodford") acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management: CF
Woodford Equity Income fund, Old Mutual Woodford Equity Income fund and Woodford
Patient Capital Trust (combined: the "Woodford Funds").

Following share purchases in the market, the Woodford Funds have a combined
holding of 69,627,572 shares which represents 14.7 per cent of the issued share
capital and votes in IDEX. In addition, the Woodford Funds hold 26,250,000
warrants, as disclosed on 7 May 2015. The combined number of shares and
warrants, 95,877,572, equals 20.3 per cent of the issued shares in IDEX.
