As a result of exercising warrants in IDEX ASA to
funds managed by affiliates of Invesco Ltd, concluded
on 17 November 2015, the holdings of shares and rights
to shares by Invesco Ltd, for and on behalf of funds
managed by its affiliates, now represent more than 15%
of the voting rights and share capital in IDEX ASA.

appendix. Under Chapter 4 of the Norwegian Securities
