Disclosure of holding in IDEX

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management LLP
acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management, "the Woodford
Funds".

Reference is made to IDEX's notice today about issue of 26,250,000 new shares to
the Woodford Funds. After the issue, the Woodford Funds have a combined holding
of 97,077,572 shares which represents 18.3 per cent of the expanded number of
shares and votes in IDEX.
