Disclosure of holding in IDEX

IDEX ASA issues this notice on behalf of Woodford Investment Management LLP
acting as agent for and on behalf of funds under its management, "the Woodford
Funds".

Following share purchases in the market, the Woodford Funds have a combined
holding of 106,777,572 shares which represents 20.1 per cent of the issued share
capital and votes in IDEX.
