IDEX Biometrics ASA issues this notice on behalf of a shareholder.

Robert Napier Keith has acquired 70,000,000 shares in IDEX Biometrics ASA. Following the transaction, Mr. Keith and close associates hold 70,125,492 shares in the company, corresponding to 11.73 per cent of the current registered share capital and votes.
