Meeting on Thursday 9 May 2019 at 09.00 hours at the Vika Atrium Conference
Centre in Oslo.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the CEO of IDEX, Stan Swearingen, will
give a presentation of the company's first quarter results of 2019. The
presentation, which will start at 09.30 am or after the Annual General Meeting
has adjourned, is open to the public and will be webcasted.
