Integrated Wind Solutions AS (the "Company") has been notified that ABG Sundal Collier ASA has exercised its greenshoe option for a total of 100,698 new shares. The new shares will be issued at a subscription price of NOK 40.00 per share, equal to the subscription price in the private placement carried out in advance of the listing on Euronext Growth Oslo.
As a result, the board of directors of the Company has today resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 201,396 through the issuance of 100,698 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2. Following the share capital increase, the Company will have a share capital of NOK 35,201,396 divided into 17,600,698 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.
