Integrated Wind Solutions: Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the press release dated 29 April 2021 regarding an increase of the Company's share capital by NOK 201,396 through the issuance of 100,698 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2. The share capital increase was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Following the share capital increase, the Company has a share capital of NOK 35,201,396 divided into 17,600,698 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.
