Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, IWS Fleet, continues to attract strong interest in its Skywalker-class vessels and closes gaps in the charter backlog, as existing clients continue to exercise extension options.
IWS Fleet has filled the gap for IWS Sunwalker in Q1 2026 between previously fixed charter commitments by securing a 70-day fixed charter contract extension. The vessel will commence its first charter shortly and has, with the latest extension, back-to-back firm charter contracts into Q4 2026.
For Q4 2025, the fleet has now secured contracts for 100% of available vessel days.
Furthermore, all available days for H1 2026 are now contracted when charter extension options and required relocation days are considered.
Finally, IWS Fleet is already in late-stage negotiations for significant 2027 charter contracts.
