IWS Fleet secures additional employment in 2027

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, IWS Fleet, continues to attract strong interest in its Skywalker-class CSOVs. IWS Fleet has extended a charter contract with an existing client and secured an additional 150 days of charter backlog for the IWS Skywalker in 2027. With this extension, the vessel is fully utilized until the end of 2027.

This extension will add about EUR 7m to the charter backlog, corresponding to about 7% increase over the backlog reported at the end of Q3 2025.

IWS Fleet has now secured a backlog of 63% of the available days in 2027, including extension options.
