Transfer of shareholding

Eksportconsult AS, controlled by chairman Mårten Rød, has transferred 2'485'224
shares in InterOil Exploration and Production ASA (IOX) to Rakila Properties
Ltd., controlled by Board member G. A. Perrucci.
G. A. Perrucci now owns or controls 11'782'816 shares in IOX, which is
equivalent to 24.67% of total shares. Eksportconsult AS owns 11'782'816 shares
in IOX, which is equivalent to 24.67% of total shares.
