Production update January 2010

The average production in January 2010, compared to the average production in
December 2009, was:

*The production is average daily production (bopd) and is working interest
before royalty

The maintenance in production can mainly be traced back to the dual completion
of wells in the South Mirador Field in Peru. (Completion and production from two
separate reservoir zones simultaneously).

Oil has been sold at average sales price of USD 75.51 in Peru and USD 75.12 in
Colombia per barrel during January.
