NOTICE FROM ENFORCEMENT OFFICER

InterOil Exploration & Production ASA (IOX) has today been informed that the
Enforcement Officer (Namsmannen) has reversed their previous ruling dated
February 25(st), 2010, which implies that enforcement proceeding may continue.

IOX will appeal this ruling.

IOX is at the final stage of refinancing the secured bond.
