InterOil's first quarter 2010 results will be released Friday 7 May 2010 at
08:00 CET. The result will be published on Oslo Børs at www.newsweb.no
and on www.interoil.no. A webcast with a conference
call in English will be held on Friday 7 May at 09:00 CET, details are listed

On Friday 7 May at 09:00 CET, Managing Director Tom Wolden and CFO Wilhelm
Matheson will present the first quarter 2010 result in a conference call. There
will be opportunity to ask questions.
