NOTICE FROM MUNICIPAL COURT

InterOil Exploration & Production ASA (IOX) has today been informed by the
Municipal Court of Asker and Bærum (Asker og Bærum Tingrett) that the appeal
from April 21, 2010, was rejected.

IOX is currently considering wether or not to appeal the ruling.
