InterOil E&P ASA held its Ordinary General Meeting at the Company's premises in
Strandveien 50, Lysaker on the 17 of June 2010. In accordance with the proposal
of the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee, the General Meeting
approved for all the proposals given in the notice.
