Production update July 2010

The average production in July 2010, compared to the average production in June
2010, was:

*The production is average daily oil production (bopd) and is working interest
before royalty

The production increase in Colombia can be traced back to the Altair-1 well,
which was set in a Long Term Testing (LTT) in July.

Oil has been sold at average sales price of USD 73.09 in Peru and USD 71.68 in
Colombia per barrel during July.
