Disclosure of shareholdings

Trafalgar AS has sold on January 12th 500,000 shares
in Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (IOX).

After the transactions, Trafalgar AS owns 4,290,092
shares in IOX, corresponding to 9.0% of the
outstanding shares of IOX.
