SHARE BUYBACK

Itera ASA has on January 3 purchased 4,000 own shares
at an average price of NOK 2.93 per share.

After this transaction, the Itera Group owns the
total of 3,071,137 shares, corresponding to 3.6 %.

The transaction is part of a share buyback
authorization by the Annual General Meeting on April
29, 2010.
