Oslo, 26 February 2014:
In a meeting on 25th February 2014 the Board of
Directors have decided to propose to the Annual
General Meeting a dividend of NOK 0.35 per share for
2013.
Following the resolution by the Annual general
Meeting on Thursday 22nd May 2014, the share will be
traded ex dividend on Friday 23rd May 2014.
