Share buyback

Itera ASA has on the 16th of October 2015 purchased
11.400 own shares at an average price of NOK 3.20 per
share. After this transaction, Itera ASA owns 114.055
shares of a total of 82 186 624 shares.

The transaction is part of a share buyback
authorization by Itera General Meeting on 21nd of May
2015.
