Itera ASA has on the 7th of April 2016 purchased
3,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 3.63 per
share. After this transaction, Itera ASA owns 143,679
shares of a total of 82,186,624 shares issued.
The transaction is part of a share buyback
authorization by Itera General Meeting on 21st of May
2015.
