In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Itera ASA to be
held May 22nd 2017, Morten Thorkildsen, Chairman of the Board of
Directors, has received proxy based voting rights for 12,783,270
shares, representing 15.74 per cent of the total voting rights in
the company. Of these, 12,452,150 are given with voting instructions
and 331,120 without. CEO, Arne Mjøs, has received proxy based voting
rights for 537,123 shares, all of which without voting instructions.
This represents 0.66 per cent of the total voting rights.
The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting May 22nd
2017.
