Mandatory notification of trade

CEO Arne Mjøs has through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS today closed future contracts of 3,200,000 shares in Itera (ITE) . Simultaneously, AMI has opened new future contracts for 3,350,000 shares at price of NOK 9,3063 and expiration date 21 December 2018. New total holding is 25,203,977 shares (30,7%) of which 3,350,000 shares on future contracts. In addition, Arne Mjøs has 479.000 options.
