In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Itera ASA to be held 22 May 2018, Morten Thorkildsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has received proxy based voting rights for 21,241,034 shares, representing 27.1 per cent of the votes in the company. Of these, 9,200,555 are given with voting instructions and 12,040,479 without. CEO, Arne Mjøs, has received proxy based voting rights for 1,247,736 shares, of which 1,000,000 with voting instructions and 247,736 without. This represents 1.6 per cent of the votes in the company. CFO, Bent Hammer, has received proxy based voting rights for 505,007 shares, all of which without voting instructions. This represents 0.6 per cent of the votes in the company.
The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting 22 May 2018.
