Board's approval of final Annual Accounts 2018

25 April 2019: The Board of Itera ASA has approved the 2018 Annual Accounts for the Itera Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2018 published on 15 February 2019, together with the Q4 2018 Interim Report. A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.itera.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 21 May 2019. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to § 5-12 (Norwegian Securities Trading Act).
