Itera ASA Board's approval of final Annual Accounts 2019

Oslo, 21 April 2020: The Board of Itera ASA has today approved the 2019 Annual Accounts for the Itera Group and the parent company. The final Annual Accounts are in accordance with the preliminary accounts for 2019 published on 25 February 2020, together with the Q4 2019 Interim Report. A full Annual Report will be published at the company's website (www.itera.no) and at Oslo Stock Exchange together with the notice convening the Annual General Meeting, planned to be held on 25 May 2020. This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to § 5-12 (Norwegian Securities Trading Act).
