Prolonged of future contracts

CEO Arne Mjøs has through his company Arne Mjøs Invest AS (AMI) today closed future contracts of 3,350,000 shares in Itera (ITE). Simultaneously, AMI has opened new future contracts for 3,350,000 shares at a price of NOK 9.209 and expiration date 18 December 2020. New total holding is 26,647,854 shares (32.4%) of which 3,350,000 shares on future contracts. In addition, Arne Mjøs has 57,960 options.
