Change in dividend proposal

Oslo, 21 April 2020: The Board of Directors of Itera ASA has today decided to reduce the previously proposed ordinary dividend for 2019 from NOK 0.30 per share to NOK 0.20 per share. The Board of Directors will still request the General Meeting to authorize further dividends based on the 2019 annual accounts, upcoming market developments and the company's financial position. The decision is made on the basis of the great uncertainty associated with the coronavirus outbreak and what consequences it may have for the overall economic and market development. The company still intends to follow its adopted dividend policy to pay at least 50% of profit after tax.
