Mandatory notification of trade

Itera ASA has today repurchased 25,000 own shares at a price of NOK 11.43 per share and 30,000 own shares at a price of NOK 11.94 per share in accordance with provisions related to the share programs issued in 2020 and 2021 (cf. Stock Exchange Announcement 3409109 of 2 July 2020 and 5490602 of 22 June 2021). New holding is 1,692,006 ITERA shares.
