Itera ASA has on 23.11.2023 repurchased 7,500 shares at a price of NOK 8.42 per share in accordance with provisions related to the employee share programs issued in 2022 (cf. Stock Exchange Announcement 10900411 of 23 June 2022). New holding is 955,559 shares.
