Reference is made to previous stock exchange releases from Kahoot! AS regarding the private placement of 7,750,000 new shares at a price per share of NOK 38.00 (the "Private Placement"), successfully completed on 22 Oct 2019.
The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Kahoot! AS new registered share capital is NOK 12,935,949,60 divided into 129,359,496 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
