Eliert Hanoa, primary insider and CEO in Kahoot! AS ("Kahoot!"), has today, through his wholly-owned company AS Real-Forvaltning, acquired 585 000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 70 per share, and Ken Østreng, primary insider and CFO in Kahoot!, has today acquired 15 000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 70 per share (the acquisitions jointly referred to as the "Transaction").
Following the Transaction, Eliert Hanoa holds a total of 11 975 740 shares in Kahoot! through AS Real-Forvaltning and its wholly-owned subsidiary Glitrafjord AS, and Ken Østreng holds a total of 15 000 shares in Kahoot!.
300 000 of the shares in the Transaction were sold by Morten Versvik, primary insider and CTO in Kahoot!, through his wholly-owned company Versvik invest AS, and 300 000 of the shares in the Transaction were sold by Åsmund Furuseth, primary insider and CPO in Kahoot!, through his wholly-owned company Newbrott AS.
Following the Transaction, Morten Versvik holds a total of 4 320 692 shares in Kahoot! through his wholly-owned company Versvik invest AS, and Åsmund Furuseth holds 2 752 000 shares in Kahoot! through his wholly-owned company Newbrott AS.
The shares in Kahoot! are admitted to trading on Merkur Market.
