Kahoot! - Mandatory notifications of trade and disclosure of shareholding

AS Real-Forvaltning, a company wholly owned by Eilert Hanoa, CEO of Kahoot! AS, has on 3 December 2020 sold 30,208,910 shares in Kahoot! AS to its wholly owned subsidiary Glitrafjord AS at a price of NOK 65.50 per share. Following this transaction Glitrafjord AS owns 39,208,910 shares in the Company (equivalent to 8.8%) and AS Real-Forvaltning will no longer be a direct shareholder in Kahoot! AS. A person closely related to Eilert Hanoa owns 400,000 shares in Kahoot!.
