Kahoot! AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kahoot! AS (the "Company") on 8 June 2020 regarding the resolution by the annual general meeting to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 25,871,899.20 from NOK 12,935,949.60 to NOK 38,807,848.80 by issuance of 258,718,992 new shares in connection with the bonus share issue.

The share capital increase related to the bonus share issue has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following such registration, the new share capital of the Company is NOK 38,807,848.80, divided into 388,078,488 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.

The last day including the right to shares in the bonus issue is 8 June 2020. The new shares will be tradeable on Merkur Market from and including tomorrow 9 June 2020 and are expected to be available at the shareholders' VPS accounts on 11 June 2020.
