Reference is made to the announcement from Kahoot! AS dated 03.06.2020 and today regarding bonus issue of shares.
Due to size of the bonus issue (each shareholder will receive two new shares for each existing share held by the shareholder as per 8 June 2020), the Members are advised to delete own overnight orders before 16:45 (CET). After 16:45 (CET) overnight orders will be deleted by the Exchange.
