9 July 2021, Oslo: SB Northstar LP, a fund managed by SB Management Limited, a 100% directly owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp. ("SoftBank"), and a close associate to the primary insider, board member Akshay Naheta, has in a number of transactions acquired on 8 July 2021 in various venues as set out in the attached form, 3,697,541 shares at an average price of NOK 40.9562 per share in Kahoot! ASA (“Kahoot!” or the “Company”).
Following this purchase, SoftBank owns a total of 82,269,397 shares in Kahoot!, increasing its shareholding from 16.62% to 17.4% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company. SoftBank is represented by Andreas Hansson as chairperson and Akshay Naheta as board member on the Board of Directors of Kahoot!
