Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Kahoot! AS (the "Company") earlier today at 16:30 CET, regarding the acquisition of Whiteboard. fi. The board of directors has resolved a share capital increase of NOK 18,489.2 by the issuance of 184,892 new shares pursuant to the authorization given to the board of directors at the extraordinary general meeting held on 14 January 2021. Following this share capital increase, the share capital in the Company will be NOK 44,639,847.7 divided into 446 398 477 shares in Kahoot!.
