Oslo, 10 June 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!" or the "Company") on 8 June 2022, regarding the Board of Directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company following the settlement of RSUs, and by the issuance of consideration shares to the selling equity holders of Clever, Inc.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 62,491 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's registered share capital is NOK 48,921,364.10 divided between 489,213,641 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
