Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 18 November 2022 by Kahoot! ASA (the "Company"), regarding the completed issuance of 3,583,225 new shares in connection with an employee share option program and new registered share capital of NOK 49,283,604.90, divided into 492,836,049 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
As a result of the registration of the share capital increase General Atlantic FT BV's ownership in the Company has decreased from 15.02% to 14.91% of the issued share capital and votes. General Atlantic FT BV owns 73,500,000 shares in the Company. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and votes are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
