Lier, 5 November 2020: The board of Directors of Kid ASA has approved the financial report for the third quarter of 2020.
Q3 revenues increased by +16.5%1 to MNOK 729.0 (MNOK 625.9). Like-for-like sales increased by +16.8%.
Gross margin increased by 3.6 pp to 63.1% (59.5%) due to increased average prices and less rebating.
Adjusted EBITDA of MNOK 214.5 (MNOK 144.0) which is an increase of MNOK 70.5 compared to the third quarter last year.
Adjusted EBITDA exclusive of IFRS16 effects of MNOK 138.9 (MNOK 75.3) which is an increase of MNOK 63.6 equal to 85% compared to the third quarter last year.
Hemtex surpassing twelve-month-rolling EBITDA of 100 million
Half-year dividend payment of NOK 5.80 per share.
The results will be presented at 09:00 CET by CEO Anders Fjeld and CFO Eystein Lund at Pareto Securities’ Office in Oslo (Dronning Mauds gate 3, 11th floor).
