Kitron ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

(2014-03-07) On 24 February 2014, Tuomo Lähdesmäki, chairman of the board in
Kitron ASA ("Kitron"), purchased 50 000 shares in Kitron at NOK 1.80 per share
through Oslo Børs.

After the transaction Tuomo Lähdesmäki holds 50 000 shares in Kitron.
